If the trial product does not lead to the purchase of a paid product within the expiration period, it will be automatically terminated. The Lite product is a product for remote support that focuses on zero-contact communication using Remote, and does not support AR manual creation tool, Create and Direct, which is a viewer function. If you want to use both remote support and AR manual functions, use the Pro product, and if you only want the remote support function, use the Lite product.

All MAXWORK web services are optimized for Chrome environment for a smooth AR experience. Please use the Chrome browser.

There is a limit to the number of user accounts that can be purchased for each product. If you want to purchase a user account that exceeds the maximum number of users per product, please contact us through CONTACT.

No. Admin is a basic function for using MAXWORK, and the number of admins (super admin, sub admin) who has authority over the Admin site is not included in the number of purchasing user accounts. * If the admin registers himself as a user of Remote, Create, and Direct functions, it will be counted as a user account from then on.

MAXWORK is a monthly payment subscription service, and supports INICIS and PayPal regular payment methods. Each member has one chance to apply for a trial, and if there is a product that is subscribed, it is not possible to apply for a trial. If a product is purchased during the trial period, the remaining trial period disappears and the product is immediately converted into an actual purchase, and the account user information is transferred.

No. There is only one product that the manager can purchase and use in a company. Only one of the four products of Trial, Lite, Pro, and Enterprise can be purchased, and not both products at the same time.

It is possible to change the number of user accounts at any time. In that case, the payment amount will automatically change according to the number of user accounts changed. For example, if an administrator who was using MAXWORK Pro / 20 user accounts purchases 5 additional accounts, the company's products will be converted to MAXWORK Pro/ 25 user accounts, and payment is managed at once.

MAXWORK Lite users can purchase additional user accounts and upgrade to Pro at any time, and registered account user information is automatically transferred. However, if you are a Pro product user and want to downgrade to Lite, you will need to cancel your existing product and resubscribe to the Lite product. At this time, refunds will not be given for products whose subscription has been cancelled.

At the time of product change purchase, the remaining amount of the total upfront payment for the existing product is calculated. A new payment date for the changed product is set after limiting by calculating the period during which the changed product can be used with the balance. If the product is changed accordingly, the purchase date of the product and the monthly payment date may not match.

Even if payment fails on the payment date, we will maintain the usage rights for one month. However, if payment is not made within one month, all services will be forcibly terminated from the next payment date.
